Overview

Effective date: September 15, 2026

WordSteal is published by Trivpill, LLC ("we," "us"). This policy describes how the WordSteal iOS app handles information.

We do not collect personal data

WordSteal does not require an account. We do not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information. We do not run ads, analytics SDKs, or tracking. We do not transmit gameplay, screen names, or device identifiers to our servers.

This matches our App Store privacy disclosure: Data Not Collected.

What stays on your device

The app may store the following locally so the game works:

  • Screen name you type for a match
  • Gameplay preferences (for example light/dark appearance)
  • Whether you have already seen how-to or practice prompts
  • Simple on-device counters used only on that device

Uninstalling WordSteal removes this local data. We cannot see it.

Local multiplayer

Host / Join uses the local network (Wi-Fi or Personal Hotspot) so two nearby devices can play. A screen name and game traffic go only to the other player's device for that session. We do not receive that traffic.

Contacting us

If you email contact@trivpill.xyz, we receive whatever you put in that message and use it only to reply. Email is optional and is not collected by the app.

Children

WordSteal is rated 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page with a new effective date.
